I spent seven years in project management, working alongside all kinds of teams and seeing how differently each one runs. For the last three years I have been building AI systems and automations, first for my own business and now for others, and it has become a real passion.
I build workflows that are fit for purpose, deliver results you can measure, and go into the business with as little friction as possible.
My project and change management background is what tells me where to start. I know what teams will happily take on, and which information and processes are best left alone, because changing them would do more harm than good.
